Optimasi Biaya Pemeliharaan Jaringan Irigasi Daerah Seberang Gunung
ABSTRACT
The Seberang Gunung Irrigation Area serves an area of 581 Ha. Irrigation
networks that experience physical damage and decreased function will result in a
decrease in efficiency, therefore maintenance activities are needed to restore the
function of the irrigation network. This study aims to obtain optimal maintenance
by maximizing the limited costs available. The stage for obtaining optimal
maintenance with these limited costs is, (1) Identify the physical condition and
function of the irrigation network at Seberang Gunung based on the PUPR
Ministerial Regulation Number 12/PRT/M/2015. (2) Determining the priority order
of maintenance activities, the determination of this priority value is based on the
formula stated in the Minister of Public Works Regulation Number 13/PRT/M/2012.
(3) Determine maintenance costs for each irrigation building. (4) Optimization uses
the linear programming method which consists of an objective function and a
constraint function, the objective function in this study is the priority value, while
the constraint function in this study is the limited cost. The results showed that with
a limited budget of Rp. 119,057,337-, 11 maintenance activities could be carried
out at Seberang Gunung, but in the primary channel the maintenance costs were
only 59.06% fulfilled.
