Strategi Pengembangan Lingkungan Bandara Sehat Di Bandara Internasional Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru Propinsi Riau

An airport is a meeting point or activity in and out of aircraft, goods and people, as well as a gateway for the transformation of disease spread. The purpose of this research is to analyze the environmental conditions of a healthy airport, to analyze the components that play a role in the development of a healthy airport environment and to develop a strategy for developing a healthy airport environment at Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport, Pekanbaru. The subjects in this study are people who live in the work area of Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport Pekanbaru and government agencies that are directly involved in the development of a healthy airport environment at Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport Pekanbaru. Meanwhile, the informants are people who know about the development of a healthy airport environment at Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport Pekanbaru, namely: Operational Manager of PT. Angkasa Pura II Pekanbaru, Head of the Environmental Risk Control Section of Pekanbaru Class II Port Health Office and Coordinator of the Work Area of Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru International Airport Class II Pekanbaru Port Health Office. The data analysis technique in this study used SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threats).
The results of this study are (1) The environmental conditions of a healthy airport at Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport, Pekanbaru, according to the results of observations made, are mostly considered to be good because of the 14 environmental elements that are assessed there are 8 elements that are of very good value, 2 elements that are of good value , 3 elements that are of bad value and 1 element that is of very bad value, (2) The components that play a role in the development of a healthy airport environment at Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport in Pekanbaru according to the results of the interview are HR (man), regulations (machine) and SOP (methods ), while the components considered to be obstacles in the development of a healthy airport environment are the budget (money) and facilities (materials) and (3) the strategy for developing a healthy airport environment at Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport in Pekanbaru is the SO strategy, namely: (a) Taking advantage of airport environmental conditions, which are mostly good and supported by qualified human resources, can increase public satisfaction with airport environmental conditions through development of a healthy airport environment, (b) Utilizing quality human resources at the airport to make good planning activities for the fulfillment of increased budgets in developing a healthy airport environment and (c) Conducting an MoU with the parties the third is in the management of waste and B3 waste which is tied to the regulations and SOPs applicable at the airport.
