Manajemen Operasional Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Cilacap Provinsi Jawa Tengah
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in July 2018 at the Cilacap Ocean Fishing
Port, Central Java Province. This study aims to determine whether the Operational
Management at PPS Cilacap has been implemented with Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP) in service activities at PPS Cilacap. The research method used
in this research is the survey method, which is to directly observe the elements
and functions of operational management at the Cilacap Ocean Fishery Port and
collect information and conduct direct interviews with respondents. The
Operational Management of PPS Cilacap is said to be good because it has
implemented SOPs for every operational activity carried out at PPS Cilacap. SOPs
for operational activities at PPS Cilacap have been practically implemented by
PPS Cilacap employees. The level of application of SOPs in each operational
activity at PPS Cilacap is 86.67% and if the figures are in the range of 50% to
100%, the measurement is considered close to the appropriate meaning that
operational activities at PPS Cilacap have complied with the established SOP. The
service quality at PPS Cilacap also has a satisfaction level of around 98.45%,
which is in the very satisfying category.
