Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Etos Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Serta Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Budaya Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Pada Dinas Energi Dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Riau
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work ethic on
employee commitment and performance with organizational culture as a
moderating variable.
This research was conducted on the employees of the Riau Province
Energy and Mineral Resources Office, with a total population of 194 employees.
Meanwhile, the number of samples used was 131 employees. Leadership and work
ethic as independent variables, performance as the dependent variable,
commitment as a mediating variable and organizational culture as a moderating
variable. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis
using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the application WarpPLS 7.0.
The results showed that leadership has an effect on employee commitment.
Work ethic affects employee commitment. Leadership affects employee
performance through employee commitment. Work Ethic affects Employee
Performance through Organizational Commitment. Organizational commitment
affects employee performance. Organizational Culture moderates the effect of
commitment on employee performance.
