Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Smp Negeri Kecamatan Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine how much influence the organizational culture and work motivation has on the performance of teachers in Lima Puluh District, Riau Province The population in this study was 233 people, while the study sample was 147 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed a positive relationship between organizational culture variables and teacher performance by 0.276, while the relationship of work motivation to teacher performance by 0.748, simultaneously the relationship between organizational culture and work motivation to teacher performance was 0.460. In conclusion, organizational culture variables and work motivation both individually and jointly / simultaneously have a significant relationship with the performance of teachers in Lima Puluh District of Riau Province. Therefore, with this research, it is expected that there will be improvements and improvements to the performance of teachers with the efforts of each educational institution to improve organizational culture and work motivation.
