Pengaruh Konsep Diri Akademik Dan Ekspektasi Karir Terhadap Kinerja Guru SDN Se Kecamatan Sail Serta Dampaknya Pada Sikap Profesionalisme Keguruan
The purpose of this study was to obtain valid and reliable information about the effect of academic self-concept, career expectations on the performance and professional attitudes of SDN teachers in Sail District. The research sample was SDN teachers in Sail District, totaling 100 teachers. The data used are primary data, namely through the distribution of research questionnaires. The data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis.
The results of the study concluded that there was an effect of self-concept, career expectations on teacher performance and professionalism. This means that the better the self-concept and career expectations, the better the performance and attitude of teacher professionalism, on the contrary, the less self-concept and career expectations, the lower the teacher's performance and professionalism. The principal as the leader is advised to be able to communicate openly with the teachers so that the obstacles and problems faced by the teacher are known and help provide solutions and solutions to problems for the improvement of the school in the future.
