Kontribusi Kompetensi Pedagogik Dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sma Negeri Di Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of variables (1) Pedagogic Competence, (2) Principal Leadership, (3) the pedagogic competence and leadership of the principal on teacher performance. Research respondents were 90 teachers of SMA Negeri in rumbai district, totaling 90 people with a sample of 71. The data was collected through questionnaires as a research instrument. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis.
The instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the Alpha Cronbach formula. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between Pedagogic Competence on teacher performance of 0.989, and there was a positive and significant influence Principal Leadership between to teacher performance of 0.854. Meanwhile, together there is an effect of the pedagogic competence and leadership of the principal to teacher performance of 0.989.
