Problematika Pengelolaan Lembaga Pendidikan Non Formal (Studi Kasus di Sekolah Tahfidz Plus Khoiru Ummah Pekanbaru)
This study aimed to obtain an understanding of the management issued at the Tahfizh Plus Khoiru Ummah Primary School in Pekanbaru. The sub-focus of this study consisted to management issued in the curriculum, staffing and students, administration, infrastructure, school finances and special services at the Tahfizh Plus Khoiru Ummah School Pekanbaru. This research used descriptive qualitative methods and data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation.
The results study showed that the issued in managing the curriculum at the Tahfizh Plus Khoiru Ummah Primary School in Pekanbaru required special attention to implementation and socialization to the community, the preparation of learning tools that refer to the Islamic faith requires educators to explore & apply deeper into teaching and learning activities, as well as efforts to have chase certificate package A which is a Community Learning Activity Program institution that was still not generally accepted by the community. The Management issued, staffing, and student affairs problems had gone well, the recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff with their respective duties and workloads had been carried out properly in accordance with standard operating procedures made, including the child's development in gaining knowledge from the teacher council which is documented with a connecting book.
The Management problems in administration had been carried out neatly, almost no significant deficiencies were found, data collection and archiving are carried out well, including in financial management, correspondence, and school inventory. Management problems in infrastructure were still very simple, learning buildings were still under lease status, inadequate playing fields, classrooms that do not meet standards, and sports fields that do not exist yet, all of which had become the closest plans to acquire land and build own building. The management problem of school financial is the independence to support the institution itself without expecting assistance from the education office as the education assistance received by formal schools in general, as well as late payment of tuition fees from parents of students. The steps taken were to build a business unit, raised assistance and strive for good communication with parents. Special for problem of managing services still needs serious attention, the absence of school health rooms, cafeterias, dormitories, transportation, libraries, laboratories and school mosques were the closest plans to be realized to help teaching and learning activities.
