Uji In-Vitro Beberapa Isolat Trichoderma Spp. Endofit Terhadap Ceratocystis Sp. Penyebab Busuk Batang Pada Tanaman Akasia

ABSTRACT
This research aims to tested several isolates of Trichoderma sp.
endophytic and obtained isolates from Trichoderma sp. the best endophyte to
control Ceratocystis sp. in vitro. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of
Plant Protection Department of PT. Arara Abadi, Pinang Sebatang Village,
Tualang District, Siak Regency, Riau. This research was conducted for 4 months
from March to June 2019. This research consisted of 3 stages, namely: 1)
Trichoderma spp. Antagonist test. endophytes against Ceratocystis sp. in vitro
using experimental methods, 2) growth test of Trichoderma spp. isolates.
endophyte with higher inhibitory power against the pathogen Ceratocystis sp.
using experimental methods, 3) hyperparasitism test of Trichoderma spp.
endophytic with higher inhibitory power against Ceratocystis sp. using the
observation method. The data obtained from experiments 1 and 2 were analyzed
with analysis of variance and to compare the mean between treatments was
carried out by further test of Duncan's New Multiple Range (DNMRT) at the 5%
level. Data from experiment 3 were analyzed descriptively and presented in tables
and figures. Trichoderma sp. antagonist test results. Of the 19 isolates, there were
7 isolates that had higher inhibition: isolate E5, isolate E6, isolate E14, isolate E7,
isolate E1, isolate E4 and isolate E2. The isolate E5 has the best resistance against
Ceratocystis sp. that is 30.76% with a colony diameter of 90.00 mm and a growth
rate of 33.33 mm.day-1.
