Peran Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru Dalam Mewujudkan Puskesmas Berakreditasi Di Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2019

ABSTRACT
Center accreditation is recognition of the center that was provided by the
independent agency that was established by the minister after it was judged that the
center has met the standard for public consumption services esthablished by the
minister to improve the quality of the ministry’s center service on a continuous basis.
The labor center in the Pekanbaru city has all received accreditation but no medical
center has received the accreditation of the highest accreditation.
As for the purpose of this study, it is to know the role of new week’s health
services in achieving accreditation centers in the 2019 Pekanbaru city and combating
factors. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. In data
collection,writers use interview and documentary techniques.
As a result of this study, the role of the new health service to achieve the
accreditation of the new labor center in 2019 was not fully accomplished. There are
still pronlems found in the field due to several factors, both internal, such as alack of
budget, then external factors, such as yellow, many puskesmas employees who do not
undertstand what puskesmas accreditation is so that the implementation of puskesmas
accreditation activites in the city of Pekanbaru has not been maximized.
