Pembinaan Ketenteraman Dan Ketertiban Desa Igal Kecamatan Mandah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Tahun 2017-2018

Abstract
In village law No. 6 of 2014 the village head has the task of fostering
village peace and order. The village government is a government that has an
important role in the implementation of guidance for the community, which then
carries out government duties as well as part of the village autonomy affairs
delegated by the governor, regent / mayor and sub-district head to carry out tasks
in the village area including in providing guidance to the village community. As
for the formulation of the problem in this study is how to foster peace and order
carried out by the village head and what are the obstacles to the village head in
conducting the development of peace and order in Igal Village, Mandah District,
Indragiri Hilir Tahun Regency, making the village the spearhead of
implementation. In 2017-2018?
The theoretical concept that the writer uses is coaching according to
Effendi, who says that there are 4 variables that need to be considered in
coaching, namely: 1. Guidance 2. Supervision 3. Training 4. Direction. This
research was conducted with the aim of describing the mandah of the 2017-2018
peace building. This research is the orderliness of Igal Village, M District,
Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research is qualitative research. The location of this
research was conducted in illegal villages. Data collection techniques used were
observation, interviews and documentation. dalem in carrying out the
development of peace and order has not been effective where the village head
only carries out a coaching process through the socialization method without any
follow-up from the socialization process. The results of this study illustrate that
the function of the village head has been given to coaching the community. In
addition, the size of the area in Igal village becomes an obstacle for the village
head in fostering village tranquility and order. Keywords: Development, Village
