Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan Sosial Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi: Analisis Pendekatan Resource Based View (RBV) Dan Resource Dependence Theory (RDT)
This research was developed based on Resource Based View (RBV) and Resource Dependence Theory (RDT) to identify internal and external resources that are most relevant to organizational performance. This research is an extension of previous studies. Previous studies were conducted using the RBV and RDT approaches separately and consider organizational resources only in one side, internal or external resources. This study aims to analyze the direct effect of social entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance, and the indirect effect of social entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance that mediated by market orientation and value co-creation. This study also analyzes the effect of social entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance which is moderated by social entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
This research is a quantitative study. The population in this study were Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. Data obtained through a questionnaire sent directly to the Director of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) as a respondent in this study. Data was analyzed by using SEM-PLS.
The results showed that social entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and value co-creation had an effect on organizational performance. The results also found that market orientation and value co-creation can act as mediating variables while social entrepreneurial self-efficacy acts as a moderating variable in the relationship of social entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance. The findings show that village-owned enterprise (BUM Desa) which integrates internal and external resources of the organization and implements a social entrepreneurial orientation strategy can direct the organization towards achieving organizational goals, which is reflected in organizational performance. Therefore, it is important for Village-owned enterprise (BUM Desa) to take advantage of the organization's internal and external resources. Furthermore, considering self-efficacy as one of the characteristics that have to be owned by director of Village-owned enterprise (BUM Desa) is also important because this factor will help the director to direct the organization towards better business progress.
