Pengaruh Faktor Demografis, Faktor Individu, Dan Faktor Organisasional Terhadap Intensi Melakukan Whistleblowing (Studi Empiris Pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Di Provinsi Riau)
One of the ways to identify fraud or corruption that is happening is by obtain information about the fraud from an individual or group of reporters or so called whistleblower. The purpose of this research is to examine empirically the influence of demographic, individual, and organizational factors on whistleblowing intentions. Respondent in this research are ASN (Aparatur Sipil
Negara) who work in Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Provinsi Riau. The sampling method used in this study was random sampling, calculated using the Slovin formula in order to obtain 97 respondents.
Based on the result of educational level, personal cost, perceived organizational support, ethical climate-benevolence, and ethical climate-principle have significant effect on whistleblowing intention. Whereas age, gender, locus of control internal, and ethical climate-egoism do not have significant effect on whistleblowing intention.
