Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perbankan Dan Finance Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bei) Tahun 2017-2019

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance and
company size on the financial performance of banking and financecompanies
listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2019. Financial performance is
measured by cash flow return on assets (CFROA). While the indicators of good
corporate governance use the independent board of commissioners, audit
committe, and institusional ownership variables.
The population in this study are all banking and finance companies listed
on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2019. The sample selection technique
used purposive sampling in order to obtain 21 companies. The type of data used is
secondary data. Methods of data analysis using multiple linier regression
analysis.
Based on the results of this study, it was found that the board of
commissioners variables has no effect on financial performance. The audit
committe has no effect on financial performance. Institusional ownership has a
negative effect on financial performance. And company size has a negative effect
on financial performance.
