Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Karyawan Pt Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Wilayah Ii Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office
II Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of
organizational culture variables on organizational commitment with job
satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero)
Regional Office II Pekanbaru. This research was conducted method on 61
employees who were sampled. The research variables used were organizational
culture as an independent variable, organizational commitment as the dependent
variable, and job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
The data analysis method used is path analysis using SPSS 23 for
windows.
The results of this study concluded that the coefficient of determination (R
Square) was 0.782, which means that the influence of the organizational culture
variable on job satisfaction on organizational commitment was 78.2%, while the
remaining 21.8% was influenced by other variables not included in this regression
model. .
