ABSTRACT
The importance of renting is in principle a form of economic relationship between the

the building owners in the implementation of the lease agreements. The form of default is
late in fulfilling achievements. And also the lessee has no good intention in resolving the
problems that arise in the implementation of this lease agreement that there is no
communication between the lessee to the building owner during the lease agreement is
implemented. Efforts made to improve the principles of good faith in office space
lease agreements are: negotiation or deliberation efforts, giving warning letters to tenants,
and billing efforts.
