Perilaku Daya Dukung Grup Fondasi Tiang Bersirip Dengan Variasi Jumlah Tiang Pada Tanah Lunak
Pile foundations are categorized including the type of deep foundations used to support buildings that hold uplift forces, especially in high-rise buildings that are affected by windmills. Along with advances in science and technology, modifications to the form and calculation of the bearing capacity of the pile foundation continues to grow. Many types or forms of modified pile foundations have been found, one of which is by adding fins to a plain pile foundation. In this study variations were used in the form of the influence of the number of poles. Tests with this laboratory scale will give an idea of how the actual bearing capacity of fin pile group foundations with variations in the number of piles on soft soil, so that it can be seen the comparison between the bearing capacity of fin pile group foundations with plain pile group foundations and also the comparison of efficiency values between the foundations fin pile group with a plain pile group foundation.
The results of the analysis show that the bearing capacity of the pile group foundation with variations in the number of piles of 3T, 4T, 5T, 6T and 8T has similarities, namely that at the end of the curve it still shows that at the end of the decrease there is still an increase in load. This happens because the bearing capacity of friction and end bearings produced by the foundation, with the presence of fins increases the bearing capacity of the foundation end bearings. Whereas the plain pile group foundation model shows the bearing capacity of the plain pile group foundation is dominated by friction. Plain pile foundations have relatively little bearing capacity. If the bearing capacity of the end bearing has reached the ultimate, then the strength is charged to the friction. The ultimate bearing capacity of the fin pile group foundation has a larger bearing capacity compared to the plain pile group foundation. The increase in bearing capacity is due to the addition of fins on the pole, the increase in bearing capacity reaches 28.88% for 3T variations, 53.11% for 4T variations, 36.18% for 5T, 25.49% for 6T and 23.33% for 8T . Fin pile group foundations with variations in the number of piles 8 have the greatest ultimate bearing capacity of 108.1 N and the smallest plain pile group foundation with variations in pile number 3 is 47.23 N. Based on the test results, the highest efficiency is in the plain pile foundation variation of 3T that is equal to 3.15 and the smallest 0.33 is on the fin variation of 8T, this is influenced by the increase in pore water pressure around the pole due to the addition of the fin.
