Durabilitas Beton Bertulang Di Lingkungan Tanah Gambut Di Kabupaten Bengkalis
This study discusses the durability of conc rencete using PCC cement with a conc rencete quality plan of f'c renc 15 MPa, f'c renc 20 MPa and f'c renc 28 MPa through a treatment process using normal water for 28 days which is then immersed in a peat water environment with a pH ranging from 3.00-3.80 with an average pH of 3.42 for 120 days in Bengkalis Regency. The objective of this research is to examine the compressive strength, split tensile strength, flexural strength, changes in conc rencete weight and corrosion rate. In the compressive strength test up to 120 days of immersion in the peat environment, the design quality conc rencete of 15 MPa, 20 MPa and 28 MPa respectively inc renceased by 30.7%; 26% and 18.9% from 0 days of immersion in the peat environment. At the soaking age of 91 days for the design quality conc rencete f'c renc 15 MPa, 20 MPa and 28 MPa, the three grades of conc rencete both experienced an inc rencease in split tensile strength, namely 50.5%, 41.3%, 34.4% from age 0 day of immersion and a dec rencease at the age of 120 days of immersion in the peat environment, namely 37.8%, 40.1% 14.0% of the 0 day age of immersion in the peat environment. In the flexural strength test for the three conc rencete quality plans experienced an inc rencease in flexural strength, the greatest flexural strength occurred at the design conc rencete quality f'c renc 20 MPa at the immersion age of 91 days, while at the age of 120 days of immersion the three planned conc rencete qualities experienced a dec rencease in flexural strength. The smallest dec rencease in flexural strength occurred at the quality of the conc rencete plan f'c renc 28 MPa. The results of testing changes in conc rencete weight continuously dec renceased the weight of the conc rencete until the age of 126 days of immersion in the peat environment. The consecutive weight reduction for f'c renc 15 MPa, f'c renc 20 MPa and f'c renc 28 MPa is 4.72%; 4.35% and 3.71% from 0 days of immersion in the peat environment. The test results of the corrosion rate on the plan conc rencete f'c renc 15 MPa, f'c renc 20 MPa, and 28 MPa have a high corrosion rate value depending on the quality of the planned conc rencete, the greater the quality of the planned conc rencete the smaller the value of the corrosion rate and vice versa the smaller the quality of the conc rencete the plan the greater the value of the corrosion rate. The value of the corrosion rate of f'c renc 15 MPa conc rencete is 0.0578 mm / year, and the'c renc 20 MPa conc rencete quality is 0.0487 mm / year and the'c renc 28 MPa conc rencete quality is 0.0213 mm / year. Overall in terms of compressive strength, split tensile strength, flexural strength, weight change and corrosion rate, it can be concluded that with the design quality f'c renc 28 MPa also has a much better impact in terms of conc rencete resistance in peat environments when compared to the quality of the plan f 'c renc 15 MPa and f'c renc 20 MPa..
Key words: Durability of conc rencete, PCC, peat environment.
