On July 16, 2016, President Joko Widodo when giving instructions to the Kapolda and the Head of the High Prosecutor's Office asked Indonesia to ask law enforcement officers not to easily discriminate against government officials in carrying out their duties. On the basis of these instructions, on February 28, 2018, a collaboration between the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia and the Indonesian National Police was born regarding the Coordination of Government Internal Supervisory Officers and Law Enforcement Officials in Handling Reports or Public Complaints with Indication of Corruption Crimes in Local Government Administration. . With this collaboration, on September 14 2018 a Cooperation Agreement was made between the Kampar Regency Government and the Kampar District Attorney and the Kampar Police regarding the Coordination of Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus and Law Enforcement Officials in Handling Reports or Public Complaints with Indication of Corruption in Local Government Administration. Formulation of the Problem How the legal position of the Non Penal Policy Relates to the Coordination of Government Internal Supervisory Officers and Law Enforcement Officials on Community Reports Indication of Corruption Crimes in Kampar Regency. How is the implementation of Non Penal Policies Related to the Coordination of Government Internal Supervisory Officers and Law Enforcement Officials on Public Reports Indication of Corruption Crimes in Kampar Regency. This research method uses empirical / sociological legal research with a qualitative approach, then deductive data analysis is carried out in a way of thinking based on general facts and then a specific conclusion is drawn as an answer to the problem based on the research results.
