Analisis Yuridis Perjanjian Jual Beli Perumahan Bersubsidi Antara Masyarakat Dengan Agen Penjualan Perumahan Bersubsidi Sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 64 Tahun 2016
Housing agreements for low-income people are essential to implement so that the rights of low-income people can be truly respected as stipulated by Government Regulation No. 64 of 2016 on The Construction of Low Income Public Housing. The purpose of this study is to find out the trade agreement of subsidized housing between the community and subsidized housing sales agents and to find out the ideal form of agreement for subsidized housing between the community and the selling agent of subsidized housing.
The research method used is normative juridical, namely literature law research, because it makes literature the main focus. Normative legal research types include legal principles, and legal synchronization.
The results suggest that the implementation of subsidized housing purchase agreements between the community and estate sales agents is not all going well. This is due to the lack of observant consumers to understand the content of the agreements that developers are pushing. The ideal agreement for the sale and sale of subsidized housing between the community and the selling agent (developer) that is the community and the developer must meet the requirements as stipulated in Article 1320 of the Civil War. With the signing of a house sale agreement between the developer and the consumer (community) then there is a legal relationship between the two.
