Pemanfaatan Tepung Daun Kangkung Air (Ipomoea Aquatica Forks) Yang Difermentasi Dengan Kombucha Dalam Pakan Benih Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Gouramy)
Abstract : Carp is a freshwater fish product that has a high economic price and a
wide market demand, so many farmers want to cultivate it. Feed becomes the largest
cost in cultivation which is 60-70% of the total cost of production. This is because the
feed still feeds imported soybean flour. One of the efforts to reduce the use of soy
flour is to use local raw materials that have the nutrients needed by fish such as water
kale leaf flour. The purpose of this study is to know the percentage use of water
spinach leaf fermented with kombucha in gourami diet to produce feed efficiency,
retention protein, and gourami fingerling growth. The research was conducted on July
– September 2020. This research was used a completely randomized design (CRD)
one factor with 5 treatments and 3 repetitions. The treatment in this study was the use
of fermented water spinach leaf (FWSL) in the diet with different percentages which
are in P0 (0% FWSL), P1 (20% FWSL), P2 (30% FWSL), P3 (40% FWSL), P4 (50%
FWSL). The test diet given to gourami fingerlings is 10% of the weight of the
biomass, given 3 times a day is at 07.00, 12.00 and 17.00 WIB. The gourami
fingerlings used are 5-6 cm in size/fish with an average weight of 1.66 ± 0,05 g/fish
and are in a cage measuring 1x1x1m with a stocking density of 25 fish/m3. The study
result proved that the best treatment is P4. Using 50% fermented water spinach leaf
meal create 75.3% feed digestibility, 85.2% protein digestibility, 41.52% feed
efficiency, 31.10% protein retention, 3.52 specific growth rate, and the test diet cost
is Rp. 6.093. The water quality during the study was in temperature 28-320oC, pH
6.5-7 and DO 6.3-7 mg / L.
