A person with a disability is someone who has physical or psychological deficiencies caused by the womb or certain causes. In the beginning, people were more familiar with the word 'disability' for people with disabilities, after the existence of legal regulations governing persons with disabilities. The word 'disabled' should no longer be used. World health organizations such as WHO (World Health Organization) state that disability is a limitation or lack of organ ability so that it can affect physical or mental ability to perform activities according to the rules or still within normal limits. The Indonesian Association of Persons with Disabilities, which has a branch in Pekanbaru City, is a bridge of interaction for all disabilities in Pekanbaru City. The activities in this community really help channel their inspiration. the formation of Clique in the community is based on frequent meetings and good tolerance between people.
