Perbandingan Kualitas Layanan Jasa Reparasi Kapal Di Galangan Kapal Pps Bungus Dan Ppi Kambang Sumatera Barat
Abstract
Pps Bungus shipyard and PPI Kambang is one of the centers of ship maintenance
and repair activities in West Sumatra that only actively serves the maintenance
and repair activities of ships, be it wooden ships or fiberglass vessels. This study
aims to find out and assess the quality of ship repair services at PPS Bungus and
PPI Kambang shipyards based on eight variables of service quality according to
Nurwanti (2016), Sugiarto and Sudjana (2004). To find out the matters related to
the purpose of the research, interviews were conducted on the port, ship owners /
skippers, artisans. The interview refers to the quality of service according to
Nurwanti (2016), Sugiarto and Sudjana (2004). The results of the interview are
weighted using the Likert scale. The implementation of ship repair services at pps
bungus shipyard and PPI Kambang in accordance with the established Standard
Operational Procedure (SOP).
