Konflik Antara Masyarakat Terantang Manuk Dengan Pt.Safari Riau Di Desa Terantang Manuk Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras Kabupaten Pelalawan

This research was conducted in Terantang Manuk Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency with the aim of obtaining information about land conflicts between the community and PT. Riau Safari. Some of the problems in this research are (1) What are the forms of conflict in Terantang Manuk Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency? (2) What are the factors causing the conflict that occurred in Terantang Manuk Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency? (3) How are the conflict resolution efforts in Terantang Manuk Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency? The title of this research is "Conflict between Community and Company (PT. Safari Riau) in Terantang Manuk Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency)".
This research aims to determine the form of conflict in Terantang Manuk Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. This is to determine the factors causing the conflict in Terantang Manuk Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. To find out how the conflict resolution efforts in Terantang Manuk Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. This research is a qualitative research because it is in the form of a case. Subjects in this study are determined based on those who know and are directly involved in the land conflict of PT. Safari Riau as many as 9 subjects. In collecting data, data collection techniques use observation, interviews. To analyze the problems in this study using qualitative analysis and will be described descriptively in writing. After this research was carried out, the results of this study found that the forms of land conflict between the community in Terantang Manuk Village were demonstrations, blocking the road to the company, mass harvesting action of oil palm fruit, sealing the village head's office and the number of parties involved in land conflicts. These include the community, PT. Safari Riau, Head of Village, Member of DPRD Pelalawan, Polsek Pangkalan Kuras, Ninik Mamak, KKPA member and Demo Coordinator. The existence of sources of conflict, forms of conflict, and the parties involved have triggered land conflicts between the community and PT. Riau Safari in Terantang Manuk Village.
