Since the implementation of Regional Autonomy, Regions have been forced to be independent and this has had an impact on the pattern of government, including in terms of finance. One of the sources of regional finance is from the original regional income which consists of the results of regional taxes, the results of regional levies, the results of regional-owned companies and the results of the management of other separated regional assets, and other legitimate regional original revenues. One of the strategies taken to increase the revenue of Regional Owned Enterprises is carried out by optimizing the management of Regional Owned Enterprises
The purpose of this study is to describe the management of the Tirta Siak Regional Drinking Water Company in Increasing the Regional Original Revenue of Pekanbaru City in 2018-2020 and describing the inhibiting factors in the management of the Tirta Siak Regional Drinking Water Company in Increasing the Regional Original Revenue of Pekanbaru City in 2018-2020 . This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The location of this research was conducted at the Regional Drinking Water Company Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City. Data collection techniques used are through interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.
The results of this study conclude that the management of the Tirta Siak Regional Drinking Water Company in Increasing Local Revenue for the City of Pekanbaru in 2018-2020 is seen through the concept of Good Corporate Governance which consists of the principles of transparency, independence, accountability, responsibility, and fairness which are not yet fully optimal. The management of the Tirta Siak Regional Drinking Water Company in Pekanbaru City still needs to increase the contribution of post Regional Original Income, the quality of human resources in managing the company, optimizing profit (profit), increasing operational support capacity, improving company performance.
