Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Menggunakan Model Problem Based Learning Untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Siswa Kelas VIII SMPN 2 Pangkalan Lesung Pada Materi Pola Bilangan
This research is motivated by the low of Mathematics Problem-Solving Ability moreover the need for learning tools that are under the 2013 curriculum. Thus, the purpose of this study is to produce mathematics learning tools (syllabus, lesson plans, and student worksheets) that can facilitate students’ Mathematical Problem-Solving Ability that is valid and practical to use.
The form of this research is research and development. The development model used refers to the 4-D development model (define, design, development, disseminate) which has stages, namely the define stage, this stage starts from the preliminary analysis stage to determine the fundamental problems needed in the development of learning tools. The researchers conducted interviews with several mathematics teachers to obtain data for analysis of the beginning-end. Interviews were conducted in several schools in Pelalawan District. Researchers asked several questions during the interview regarding the curriculum that the school uses, the tools used by the teacher, the difficulties experienced by the teacher in arranging learning tools, models, methods or approaches that teachers use in preparing learning tools, the use of student worksheets in the learning process, the difficulties of students in solving story problems, as well as students' mathematical problem-solving abilities, student analysis is an analysis of the characteristics of participants following the design and research subjects. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalan Lesung aged 12 and 13. At the material analysis stage, the researcher identified the materials to be developed. In this research, the material to be developed is the number of pattern material. KD which will be developed following the KD 3.1 and 4.1 number pattern material after determining KD, the researcher identifies the important and main parts that are studied and arranges them in a systematic and relevant form which is included in the Syllabus, RPP, and Student Worksheets. The analysis of the material to be developed is based on the 2017 revised edition of the Curriculum 2013 mathematics book for SMP / MTs class VIII odd semester. The learning tools are arranged into 4-year meetings, then the results of the initial-final analysis, material, and students, the researcher conducts a study of the 2013 curriculum and other related theories to develop learning tools, determines learning models that can involve students actively, and to know the abilities that students must have after studying the material. One alternative, the researcher developed a mathematics learning tool using the Problem Based Learning Model on number pattern material for class VIII SMP.
At the design stage, the researcher designed the learning tools that included the preparation of criteria and format selection, then in the development stage (design), researchers developed learning tools based on the draft that had been compiled. The learning tools developed consisted of a syllabus, lesson plans, and student worksheets using a problem-based learning model on Number Patterns, at the

dissemination stage at this stage the researcher delivered the results of the research at the research result seminar and in the form of a research journal.
The instrument used was a validity instrument in the form of a validation sheet and a practicality instrument in the form of a student response questionnaire. Based on the results of the validity data analysis, the mean validation of the syllabus was 94.7% with very valid criteria; the mean of RPP validation was 91.8% with very valid criteria, and the average student worksheets validation is 91.6% with very valid criteria. Thus, the learning device developed is declared valid and worthy of being tested. Based on the results of practical data analysis, the results of the readability of the learning devices were 93.45% with very practical criteria. Thus, the learning tools developed are stated to be practical. Overall, it can be concluded that the learning tools developed have met the valid and practical criteria.
The development research carried out has produced products in the form of learning tools (syllabus, lesson plans, and student worksheets) using a problem-based learning model to facilitate for class VIII SMP / MTs students on the line pattern material. The developed mathematics learning device has met the valid criteria and can then be tested on a large scale test, the developed student worksheets has met the criteria for practicality and can be continued in trials in large-scale trials.
