Respon Pertumbuhan Bibit Kakao (Theobroma Cacao L.) Terhadap Kombinasi Pupuk Npk Dengan Pupuk Organik Cair Limbah Ikan Nila

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the best combination of NPK and liquid
organic fertilizer from tilapia waste on the growth of cocoa seeds
(Theobroma cacao L.). This research was conducted at Experimental Garden,
Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, Pekanbaru. This research was
conducted from April 2019 to August 2019. The treatments used were 12.48 g Kg-
1 soil NPK fertilizer, 6.24 g.5 KgNPK fertilizer-1 soil+ 25% tilapia fish waste, NPK
6 fertilizer, 24 g.5 Kg-1 of soil + LOF of tilapia waste with 50% concentration, NPK
fertilizer 6.24 g.5 Kg-1 soil + LOF of tilapia waste with concentration of 75%,
NPK fertilizer 12.48 g.5 Kg-1 soil + LOF of tilapia waste with concentration of
25%, NPK fertilizer of 12.48 g.5 Kg-1 soil + LOF of tilapia waste with 50%
concentration, NPK fertilizer 12.48 g.5 Kg-1 soil + LOF of tilapia waste
concentration 75% ). Parameters observed were seed height (cm), number of
leaves (strands), stem diameter (cm), widest leaf width (cm), longest leaf blade
length (cm), root volume (ml), seed dry weight (g). , canopy root ratio (g) and leaf
area (cm2). The results of the analysis of variance were further analyzed using the
Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) level of 5%. The results showed
that the combination of NPK fertilizer treatment with tilapia waste POC had an
effect on the parameters of seed height, number of leaves, stem diameter, widest
leaf blade width, longest leaf blade length, root volume, root dry weight and shoot
dry weight, root shoot ratio. , the leaf area of the cocoa seedlings. The
combination of 6.24 g NPK fertilizer with 50% Tilapia waste LOF is the best
treatment in all parameters for the growth of cocoa seedlings.
