Abstract: Research on the development of student activity worksheets (LKPD)
integrated Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematic (STEM) on
electrochemical cell subject l for class XII student of senior high school is an
innovation in the development of teaching materials in order to achieve the
demands of 21st century learning. Student worksheets (LKPD) that integrated
with STEM are designed according to the components of STEM approach. This
research aims to develop student worksheets that integrated with STEM on
subject of electrochemical cells at grade XII students of senior high school which
is valid based on the aspects content feasibility, characteristics of the STEM
approach, language, presentation, and graphics. This type of research is research
and development (R&D) with a 4-D development model. The object of this
reasearch is teaching materials, namely the student worksheets with STEM
integrated. The instruments for data collections are validation sheets and user
response questionnaire, and from the result of data analysis, the validity of
aspects of content feasibility, aspect of STEM approach characteristics, aspect of
language, aspect of presentation, and aspect of graphics are 94,17%; 95,83%;
91,67%; 97,22%; and 91,67% with valid category. Student worksheets that has
been valid according to the validators was tested on 20 students and got a
response result with a percentage of 85,125% with very high criteria, and from 3
teachers got response result with a percentage of 95,69% with very high criteria.
Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that student worksheets
integrated with STEM that produced is valid and can be used for high school
chemistry subjects on electrochemical cells material.
