Learning media plays an important role in the creation of an effective teaching and learning process. The Problems that were found during the survey in the field were the low scores of students in the rotation dynamics material, besides that students did not have physics textbooks, there was no learning media that could be used in the learning process and added to the pandemic period caused by Covid-19 this resulted in the learning process interrupted teaching.
The purpose of this research is to produce Learning Media on Rotation Dynamics Matter based on Interactive Multimedia that is valid and practical so that it can be used in the learning process in normal times and during the pandemic. In the manufacturing process using Adobe Animate software and air SDK 32.
The learning media development process refers to the 4-D development model (Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel, 1974). The research stages are the define stage, the design stage, the develop stage and the dissemination stage. Data obtained through media validation sheets by lecturers and media practicality sheets by teachers and students. The research analysis for media validation data used descriptive analysis, namely by calculating the validity score by experts for validating learning media data and for data analysis of media practicality, namely descriptive analysis by calculating the practicality score by teachers and students as users of learning media.
Based on expert validation, interactive multimedia-based physics learning media got an average score of 3.9 with a very high category and valid information. In the practicality test by the teacher as a user, interactive multimedia-based learning media got an average score of 3.57 with a very high category and practical information. Based on student responses, the practicality of interactive multimedia-based learning media got an average score of 3.38 with very high categories and practical information and can used.
