Penerapan Model Quantum Teaching Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Ips Siswa Kelas V Sd Negeri 29 Pekanbaru
Abstract: This research background backs by low learning outcomes IPS Grade
V at State Primary School 29 Pekanbaru. Of the 37 students only 6 (16,22%) of students
who achieve learning outcomes of KKM and 31 (83,78%) of students who do not
achieve the learning outcomes off KKM with average 55,35. This research is a
classroom action research (PTK) collaborative which aims to improve IPS learning
outcomes through the application of Quantum Teaching model in grade V at State
Primary School 29 Pekanbaru. This research implemented twice cycle and each cycle
have two learning activity meetings and one daily test. The results showed that the
application of Quantum Teaching model can improve learning outcomes IPS. This
proved the average value obtained by students each cycle has increased. From the basic
score to the daily test I, the average is 55.35 to 74.59. Then the daily test II increased to
82.02. Teacher activity in the application of the Quantum Teaching model increased in
the first cycle of meeting I 62.5% increased in meeting II to 79.16%, then in cycle II of
meeting I 83.33% increased in meeting II to 91.66%. Student activity in the application
of the Quantum Teaching model has increased in the first cycle of meeting I 58.33%,
increasing the second meeting to 62.5%, then in the second cycle of meeting I 79.16%
increasing the second meeting to 87.5%. Results of the study in grade V at State
Primary School 29 Pekanbaru prove that the application of Quantum Teaching model
can improve learning outcomes IPS.
