Identifikasi Lichen Pada Pohon Meranti (Shorea) Di Hutan Larangan Adat Ghimbo Potai
Ghimbo Potai Prohibition Forest located in Kampar District, Riau Province is directly adjacent to the access road of the community, namely the Kampar-Lipat Kain highway, which causes the forest to be exposed to heavy metals from motorized vehicles. PB produced from motorized vehicles will result in changes in air quality meaning polluted air. Lichen is a bioindicator of polluted air. Because the nature of lichen is very sensitive to changes in air quality. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the level of air pollution and the diversity of lichen species in the Ghimbo Potai customary forest. The sampling technique used is exploration with the method of taking purposive sampling on meranti trees. there are 10 families of 14 species found at the study site grouped into three types of talus, namely crustose, foliose and squamolose. The diversity index in the medium category is due to H '1≤ 3H' which is 1.83 (Shannon Weinner H '
