Keanekaragaman Durian (Durio Zibethinus Murr.) Di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat

Lima Puluh Kota Regency is one of the region that producing durian (Durio zibethinus Murr.) in West Sumatera Province which has high potential and diversity. This study aimed to identify the diversity of durian (Durio zibethinus) in Lima Puluh Kota District and analyze genetic relationships based on morphological characters. In this study were used exploration methods in three sub-districts in Lima Puluh Kota District, namely Mungka, Guguak and Pangkalan. Morphological characters from 50 individuals were analyzed using NTSYSpc2.02 software and Minitab 16. From 40 morphological characters were used in this study, there was a dendrogram with 9 main groups where the similarity coefficient values ranging from 53-84%. Pearson correlation analysis of 40 morphological characters showed 9 characters that have a correlation value above 0.40.
