Supervised by Hadriana and Charlina Thesis of the Riau University Postgraduate Program 2020. This research is a qualitative research, which aims to obtain information in Learning Management Online at SMP Negeri 33 Pekanbaru. The research sub-focus consists of: 1). Planning for online learning activities by the Head of SMP Negeri 33 Pekanbaru during the Covid-19 pandemic. 2). Organizing online learning activities by the Head of SMP Negeri 33 Pekanbaru during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3). Implementation of online learning activities by the Head of SMP Negeri 33 Pekanbaru during the Covid-19 pandemic. 4). Supervision and evaluation of online learning activities by the Head of SMP Negeri 33 Pekanbaru during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results obtained from this study are that online learning management at SMP Negeri 33 Pekanbaru has been managed well, although there are several obstacles, they can be overcome properly.
