Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Kompetensi Pedagogik Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SD Negeri Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar

This study aims to describe the effect of Work Motivation and Pedagogic Competence on Teacher Performance in SD Negeri Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study and a survey method with correlational resarch techniques. Data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires / questionnaires with 224 respondents from 507 elementary school teachers who were randomly selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The research method used was that respondents gave responses to a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale consisting of five answer choices, namely Always, Often, Sometimes, Rarely, and Never. The data analysis used was descriptive and inferential statistics.
Based on the data analysis, it is known that there is an influence of Work Motivation and Pedagogic Competence on Teacher Performance in SD Negeri Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, either partially or collectively. This research is expected to be useful for improving the performance of SD Negeri Siak Hulu teachers in Kampar Regency in carrying out their duties and obligations.
