Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Profesionalisme Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SD Negeri Kandis Kabupaten Siak
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal leadership and teacher professionalism together on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Kandis district, Siak district. This study used a quantitative approach, this research was conducted at the Kandis State Elementary School in the Gugus III Sultan Syarif Kasim II, which amounted to 4 schools, namely SD 003, 006, 012 and 020. The sample in this study were 45 teachers who had participated in the PKG program. The data analysis used was inferential statistical analysis. The leadership of the principal has a significant influence on teacher performance at the Kandis State Elementary School in Siak Regency, with a contribution amount of 39.5% while professional teachers have a significant influence on teacher performance at the Kandis State Elementary School in Siak Regency, with a contribution amount of 22.9% . Simultaneously, the leadership of the principal and professional teachers together had a significant influence on teacher performance at the Kandis State Elementary School in Siak Regency, with a contribution amount of 53.3% and the rest was influenced by other variables.
