Efektivitas Agen Antagonis Trichoderma Sp. Pne4 Pada Berbagai Media Pembawa Terhadap Colletotrichum Sansevieriae
Trichoderma sp. PNE4 has the potency to inhibit the growth of Colletotrichum sansevieriae, the cause of anthracnose disease in the Sansevieria trifasciata plant. Tapioca waste, bran and corn are used as a carrier for Trichoderma sp. PNE4. The objective of this study was to find out the effectiveness of several carrier media, and determine the viability of Trichoderma sp. PNE4 in different storage periods and inhibitory properties againt C. sansevieriae. Carrier media test was performed in vitro using completely randomized design (CRD). The carrier media used ware tapioca waste (T), tapioca waste and bran (TD), tapioca waste and corn (TJ) and potato dextrose agar (P). The results showed the optimum production conidiospore was in T medium (27×106 CFU / ml) during 5 weeks storage, TD medium (27.1×106 CFU / ml) and T medium (25.6×106 CFU / ml) during 10 weeks storage. The pH of the medium increased during incubation. Optimum inhibition of Trichoderma sp. PNE4 againt C. sansevieriae was in TD medium (84.77%) incubated for 5 weeks. Tapioca waste can be used as a carrier for Trichoderma sp. PNE4.
