ABSTRACT
The mosque is derived from the word sajada which means a place of prostration. Mosques are an integral part and also play a very important role for Muslims around the world. Not only used for places of worship, but the mosque is also the center of muslim community life, discussions, religious studies, lectures and learning the Qur'an is often carried out in mosques. While the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) is an estimate of the value of money used in a development activity that takes into account the bestek pictures, work plans, wage lists, material price lists, to the type of work to be done. In the cost budget plan (RAB) there are several parts needed to start the calculation of the cost budget plan, namely the work picture and the unit price of materials and wages. The steps taken to make RAB include : create a plan drawing, calculate the volume of work, make a unit price analysis of the work (AHSP), and make a detailed calculation of the cost budget plan. The conclusion obtained is : (1) The planned mosque building has a building area of 428.15 . (2) After calculating the cost budget plan (RAB), a total construction cost of Rp. 1,795,200,000.00 and the highest cost work item is the upper structure work with a value of Rp 576,829,896.00 while the lowest cost work is electrical work with a value of Rp 9,667,324.00 for the unit price per square meter ( ) of buildings based on the recapitulation of the budget plan (RAB) that has been calculated at Rp 3,841,233.00. (3) The work plan and technical requirements (RKS) shall be made as guidelines for the implementation of work in the field covering the scope of work, the requirements of materials and materials used as well as the procedures for the implementation of each work to be carried out in the field.
