Sintesis Dan Uji Toksisitas Senyawa 5-(4-Klorofenil)-3-(Naftalen-2-Il)-1-Fenil-1h-Pirazol
Pyrazole is a 5-ring heterocyclic compound which consist of 3 carbon atoms and 2 neighboring nitrogen atoms. Pyrazoline compound, namely 5-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-(naphthalene-2-il)-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole (PF CN2-2F) was synthesized using one-pot reaction method of a mixture of 2-acetyl-naphthalene compounds, 4-chloro-benzaldehyde and phenylhydrazine this reaction was catalyzed by NaOH with microwave irradiation. The pyrazole 5- (4-chlorophenyl) -3-(naphthalene-2-il)-phenyl-1H-pyrazole (PZL-2N-4Cl) was synthesized through oxidative aromatization reaction of pyrazolin compounds using glacial acetic acid. The synthesized compounds was subjected to purity test using TLC, melting point and HPLC analysis. The structure of the synthesized compound was confirmed through UV spectroscopy, FTIR, HRMS and NMR analysis. The synthesis of pyrazole has the yield of 38,3%. Pyrazole PZL-2N-4Cl was subjected to toxicity test through BSLT method using shrimp larvae (Artemia salina Leach). The substance was toxic with LC50 value of 20,13 µg/mL.
