Uji Aktivitas Antibakteri dan Antifungi Isolat Bakteri Endofit Dari Tanaman Laban (Vitex pubescens Vahl) Sebagai Rancangan Booklet Biologi Kelas X SMA
Endophytic bacteria are bacteria that live in the tissue of the host plant without causing disease symptoms. Endophytic bacteria are considered to have a role in the process of producing secondary metabolites found in almost all parts of plants. Secondary metabolite compounds derived from endophytic bacteria can function as antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-cancer agents. This study aims to determine endophytic bacterial isolates that have the potential to be antibacterial and anti-fungal as well as the potential of poster design in high school learning materials for bacteria and fungi for class X. This research was conducted at the Binawidya Campus, Riau University in March-May 2020. The study used experimental research design methods. qualitative descriptive. The research design consisted of 2 stages. The first stage is antibacterial and anti-fungal testing. The second stage was designing a booklet on bacteria and fungi for class X SMA. Based on the results of the study, it was found that endophytic bacterial isolates functioned as antibacterial and anti-fungal and the potential analysis showed that endophytic bacteria function as antibacterial and anti-fungal can be used as a booklet design on bacteria class X SMA KD 3.5 and fungal material class X SMA KD 3.7.
