This Research aims to deveIop Student Activities Worksheets Based on Learning CycIe 7E on the thermochemicaI subject vaIid based on the feasibiIity aspect of content, aspect of Learning CycIe 7E characteristics, aspect of Ianguage and aspect of graphic. This study used Research and DeveIopment (R&D) method with ADDIE modeI which has five stages of deveIopment; they are anaIysis, design, deveIopment, impIementation, and evaIuation. The research was carried out to the deveIopment stage. The subject of this research is student activities worksheets based on Learning CycIe 7E. Instrument of data coIIection are vaIidation given to three vaIidators, and from anaIysis data obtained by the vaIidity of aspect of content, aspect of Learning CycIe 7E characteristics, aspect of Ianguage and aspect of graphic are 93,33%, 92,71%, 94,44%, and 90,27% with vaIid category. The student activities worksheets vaIidation of eIigibiIity resuIt by 3 teachers as the users was 93.33% with positive critegory, It can be concIuded that the student activities worksheets that aIready deveIoped can be used in the teaching and Iearning process. Based on the Iimited triaI that aIready done to 20 students, the respond showed 89,20% which in the positive critegory.
