Kesalahan Fonologi Pada Gelar Wicara Mata Najwa Trans 7

This study aims to describe the phonological errors in the talk show of Mata Najwa Trans 7. This type of research is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. The data sources in this study were all utterances uttered by the speakers and emcees during the talk show. The data in this study were all speeches that had errors and deviation in pronunciation or sounds that were spoken by the speakers and the interviewers. Data collection techniques used documentation techniques, observation techniques, and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique begins with identifying the data, classifying the data, analyzing the data and concluding the data. The results of this study were found errors in phoneme change, phoneme removal and addition of phonemes. Phoneme change errors include changes in vowel phonemes, changes in consonant phonemes, changes in vowel phonemes to consonant phonemes and changes in the pronunciation of words or abbreviations. The errors found in deleting phonemes were removing vowel phonemes, removing consonant phonemes, removing double vowel phonemes into single vowels and removing consonant clusters. The errors in adding phonemes that were found were the addition of consonant phonemes. The most dominant error is phoneme change error.
