Analisis Ketersediaan Air Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (Pdam) Tirta Siak Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2020

ABSTRACT
Based on the results of the registration of the Department of Population and Civil
Registration Pekanbaru City of Pekanbaru that the current population has reached
954,373 inhabitants. It is projected, this number will continue to increase every
year around 3-4% as a logical consequence there will be an increase in
consumption of clean water needs in the city of Pekanbaru. Tirta Siak Regional
Water Company (PDAM) is a company engaged in the field of public water
supply services with the status of Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) in
Pekanbaru City precisely located in the Payung Sekaki District. Utilizing Siak
River water as raw water that is processed into clean water, to provide services to
the community. Perushaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM), has distributed 2,412,840
m3/year of water or equal to 0.07 m3/s. In order to anticipate the increase in
population and the need for clean water, it is necessary to conduct an analysis of
the availability of water which must immediately find a solution with the main
water source of the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Siak River by
basing data from the Automatic Water Level Record (AWLR) of Station Pantai
Cermin of 2002-2018 which was subsequently transformed into a debit value
using the cruve rating equation Q = 13,478 * (H + 0.384) ^ 1,580 issued by Balai
Wilayah Sungai Sumatra III, for the determination of the reliable discharge value
to meet the needs of the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Siak.
Water requirements are calculated using the Weibull Method used by SNI No.
6738 of 2015. In this study, obtained the mainstay of the Siak River discharge of
13.487 m3 / sec for the raw water needs of Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum
(PDAM) Tirta Siak.
