Hubungan Kecerdasan Spiritual Dengan Tingkat Kecemasan Pasien Tb Paru Terhadap Keberhasilan Pengobatan Tb Paru

Spiritual intelligence is related to mental tranquillity, so it will affect the anxiety patients
with tuberculosis (TB) on treatment. The aim of this research is to identify the correlation
between spiritual intelligence between anxiety levels toward treatment successful of
patients with tuberculosis (TB) at Payung Sekaki Health Center, Pekanbaru. The design
used descriptive correlational research with cross sectional approach. The sampling
technique was probability sampling involving 103 respondents that were selected based on
inclusion criteria. This research used questionnaire for spiritual intelligence and Zung
Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale for anxiety which has been modified by Alfianur (2015). The
analysis used univariate analysis to determine the frequency distribution and bivariate
analysis Fisher’s Exact Test. The results showed that respondents who had high spiritual
intelligence, 2,7% of them experienced mild to moderate anxiety, while respondents who
had spiritual intelligence moderate, 3% of them experienced mild to moderate anxiety. The
results of the statistical test Fisher’s Exact Test p value (0,005)
