ABSTRACT
The construction project is an activity which has a period in completion. A
construction project is done with careful planning so that the project is completed
whitin the specified time period. Project scheduling is a form of planning a project
created with the aim that the project is completed on time. Critical Path Method
(CPM) is the basis of the planning and controlling system of a job based on the
working network. Research using this method aims to determine the acceleration
time of the project as well as to know what activities are on the critical path using
Network Planning. Using CPM requires a project timetable to determine critical
activities. The results of this study have affected the completion time of the
project, which initially lasted 160 days to 137 days.
