Hubungan Iklim Kerja Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Perawat Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau
Work climate is the result of an action that has been taken either consciously or
unconsciously by a group that influences the behavior of the organization members. The
work climate can affect workers to their job satisfaction. The study aimed to determine the
relationship between work climate and nurse job satisfaction. The research was conducted at
Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province by using a descriptive correlation research design
with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was 88 respondents taken based on inclusion
criteria using the Proportionate Random Sampling technique. The instruments used were a
work climate questionnaire and a job satisfaction questionnaire. The questionnaire utilized
was a research questionnaire developed by Muadi in 2009 in the BRSUD Waled Cirebon
Regency. The statistical test applied on this research was Chi-square used to see the
relationship between work climate and nurse job satisfaction. The results showed that there
was a significant relationship between work climate and job satisfaction of nurses at Arifin
Achmad Hospital (p-value 0,000
