Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Kepuasan Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PTPN V Kebun Sei Galuh
This study aims to determine the direct effect of leadership style, discipline, and satisfaction on performance. Knowing the indirect effect of Leadership Style and Discipline through Satisfaction as an Intervening variable on the employee performance of PTPN V Kebun Sei Galuh. The population in this study were 288 people.
This study used a sample technique based on Judgment Sampling, in which several employees of each work unit of the Kebun Sei Galuh Gardens were sampled based on preferences, so that the respondents in this study were 75 employees. Moreover, the data analysis technique of the research was Multiple Linear Regression and Path analysis as the tool to find out the direct and indirect effect for every variable by using SPSS software 22.00 version.
Based on the results of the study, Leadership Style has no significant effect on employee performance at PTPN V Kebun Sei Galuh. Discipline has a significant effect on the employee performance of PTPN V Unit Kebun Sei Galuh. Satisfaction has no significant effect on the employee performance of PTPN V Kebun Sei Galuh. The results of this study also showed that the value of the indirect effect of Leadership Style (X1) was 0.100 and this was greater than the value of the direct effect (0.057), so that the leadership style (XI) had a significant effect on performance (Y). The indirect effect of X2 is 0.365 and this is greater than the value of the direct effect (0.808), so indirectly Discipline (X2) has a significant effect on performance (Y).
