Interpretasi Lapisan Bawah Permukaan Dengan Menggunakan Metode Geolistrik Konfigurasi Schlumberger Dan Geokimia Di Tpa Muara Fajar Rumbai
Water for daily life is a main problem for people who lives around Muara Fajar
Final Processing Place (TPA) - Rumbai. This study aims to identify the depth of
subsurface structures around the Muara Fajar landfill area using the Schlumberger
configuration dielectric method and determine the water quality in the community
wells around the landfill site. The data obtained in the acquisition process are used
to calculate the apparent resistivity value at each measurement point and analyzed
quantitatively and qualitatively. Then the next step is proceed with the inversion
process using a program called progress so that obtained resistivity value and
layer thickness at each point of measurement can be obtained. The results of
measurement on line 1 produces a range of resistivity values ranging from
961.19Ωm- to 2.10Ωm and line 2 109.31Ωm – to 31.15Ωm. Five samples of
underground water was collected from residents well water in the research area.
The position of the well was determined using GPS. The underground water
sample was tested for some parameters such as pH, TDS, Conductivity, Salinity,
and Turbidity. The results showed that the underground water around research
area cannot be consumed by the people who live in that area. Based on the
Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia The
underground water samples exceeds the standard quality in which the pH is <
6.5 or acidic, the value of the conductivity is higher and high dominant salinity
value. Even though, the TDS and Turbidity parameters, the values are in
accordance with the quality standard.
