Implementasi Pasal 24 Huruf D Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa Terkait Pengelolaan APBDes Dalam Upaya Pencegahan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Di Kabupaten Bengkalis
In order to increase the effectiveness of village fund distribution, Jokowi appealed to the community to participate in overseeing the process of distributing village funds, in Bengkalis, especially in Tanjung Punak Village, Putri Sembilan Village and Titi Akar Village, there was misappropriation of Village Funds, the village government related to this fraud case manipulated data. This illustrates the lack of transparency in running the government as referred to in Article 24 Letter D of Law Number 6 Year 2014 concerning Villages. Formulation of the Problem How is the implementation of Article 24 Letter D of Law Number 6 Year 2014 concerning Villages related to the management of the APBDES in an effort to prevent criminal acts of corruption in Bengkalis Regency. What are the efforts to encourage the implementation of Article 24 Letter D of Law Number 6 Year 2014 concerning Villages related to the management of APBDES in an effort to prevent criminal acts of corruption in Bengkalis Regency. The type of research or approach used by the author is sociological legal research. The results of the study concluded that the lack of information disclosure by the Village of Tanjung Punak, Titi Akar Village, and Putri Sembilan Village to the community will trigger / have the potential for the crime of corruption. Efforts to Encourage the Implementation of Article 24 Letter D of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages Related to the Management of Apbdes in Efforts to Prevent Corruption in Bengkalis Regency is by increasing capacity building or human resources (all elements of village apparatus) have the ability to manage village well. so that all elements of the village apparatus. Then build a strong village assistant capacity and always coordinate with relevant law enforcement and government officials. And finally, every implementation activity should be supervised and even immediately take action such as conducting an audit of managed village funds so that it is clear where the village funds have been entrusted by the State to its people.
