Pengaruh Komposisi Dan Suhu Annealing Terhadap Sifat Optik Film Tipis Barium Zirkonium Titanat (Bazrxti1-Xo3)
The Barium Zirconium Titanate (BaZrxTi1-xO3) thin films were deposited on a
glass substrate using sol-gel method with variations in composition and annealing
temperature. The deposition of the films was assisted by the spin coating process
at speed of 3000 rpm for 30 seconds. BaZrxTi1-xO3 thin films were annealed for 1
hour at temperature of 600oC, and 650oC for each composition variations, namely
BaZr0.25Ti0.75O3, BaZr0.30Ti0.70O3 and BaZr0.35Ti0.65O3 thin films. The
characterization of optical properties was carried out using ultraviolet-visible
spectroscopy in order to determine the spectra of absorbance, transmittance,
thickness, and energy band gap. The energy gap value of BaZr0.25Ti0.75O3 thin
films at temperatures of 600°C and 650 °C respectively was is 3.31 ; 3.10 eV,
BaZr0,30Ti0,70O3 thin films is 3.87 ; 3.83 eV and for BaZr0.35Ti0.55O3 thin films is
3.70 ; 3.84 eV. These results indicated that the thin films of BaZr0.25Ti0,75O3,
BaZr0.30Ti0.70O3 and BaZr0.35Ti0.65O3 are semiconductor materials.
