Identifikasi Litologi Bawah Permukaan Menggunakan Metode Geolistrik Konfigurasi Dipole–Dipole Di Daerah Wisata Air Panas Desa Pawan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
One of the geothermal systems in Riau is in Pawan Village, Rokan Hulu District. The
geothermal system is stored in rocks beneath the earth's surface, so it is necessary to
identify the subsurface lithology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the
subsurface resistivity value and identify the lithology of rock layers in the Pawan Hot
Spring Tourist attraction. The method used is Geoelectric Dipole – Dipole
Configuration. The results obtained in line 1 have resistivities ranging from (41,1 –
170) Ohm-meters which are identified as accumulated water flanked by a layer of
clay. This layer is located at a depth (1,7 – 6,8) meters. The second layer has a
resistivity ranging from (300 – 800) Ohm-meters at various depths, namely (0,6 – 9)
meters where sand is identified. The third layer has resistivities ranging from (1400 –
5967) Ohm-meters at various depths, namely (0,6 – 4,5) meters and (6,5 – 15,7)
meters where sandstone is identified. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the
Dipole – Dipole Geoelectric method has been successfully applied to identify
subsurface lithology in the geothermal prospect area.
